I grew up in the Southtowns of Buffalo and currently live in Orchard Park with my wife and three children. Growing up, I watched my father go to work everyday as a technician at a local small business. He taught me the value of hard work and integrity. My sister and I were fortunate that my mother stayed home and instilled in us the importance of kindness and compassion.

I became a member of Ironworkers Local 6 when I was just 20 years old and I am still a card-carrying member. For over 10 years, I performed nearly every aspect of the trade. I especially loved working as a connector performing structural steel work on high-rise buildings and bridges. I have worked on construction projects all over New York. In 2007, I went to Las Vegas and worked as a connector on the City Center project, which was the largest construction project in the country at that time. Combining the blue-collar work ethic I learned from my father with the years of training from some of the best Ironworkers in Local 6, I was able to thrive in one of the most sought after and competitive jobs in Las Vegas.

After a work injury ended my career as an Ironworker, I went back to school to pursue a career as a lawyer knowing that it would provide me with the best opportunity to help people, especially injured workers like myself. I graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 2015 where I was a member of the Trial Team.

Safety on a construction site is the single most important job because workers are not disposable. I understand what it means to be injured and unable to work or interact with family and friends. My knowledge of the construction industry and the critical role of job site safety, puts me in the best position to litigate construction injury cases against the insurance companies. I am proud to be a part of a law firm that holds workers’ rights in the highest regard and I will fight every day to hold unsafe contractors and the insurance companies accountable.

In addition to construction litigation, I focus my practice on all Workers’ Compensation claims, motor vehicle injuries, defective products, nursing home abuse, and injuries on property. If you or anybody you know has any legal needs please do not hesitate to contact me at 716-852-1888.
